Coronavirus Mobile Test Unit
PANDOS is pleased to announce the PANDOS C-19 Mobile Test Unit in response to the coronavirus. This mobile testing unit was organized to provide free Covid-19 testing to native residents of reservations. Our goal is to help in the relief of the shortage of testing supplies and locations with this mobile unit. We plan to set up in rural areas where testing is desperately needed. PANDOS is Co-Sponsoring with Byron Clarke, C.O.O. of Utah Navajo Health Systems, Montezuma Creek, Utah in the testing of native residents. We are providing RNA test kits and PPE for the Covid-19 Mobile Test Unit.
PANDOS, with the support of a company that manufactures RNA kits, has arranged to supply 8,000 test kits. The cost of each kit is $7.00. We were able to negotiate and are receiving each kit at $5.00. PANDOS is asking your assistance in equipping and sponsoring this C-19 Mobile Test unit. Your DONATION is GREATLY APPRECIATED. To donate click on the PC-19 Mobile Unit button below. There are over 300,000 Navajo enrolled tribal members throughout Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Along with 19,300 Hopi and 2,100 Ute Mountain tribal members in Colorado and Utah. To assist Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah native tribes, these mobile units need to be in place immediately. UNHS has been testing 800+ residents on a daily basis and are quickly running out of supplies. Please help in our quest to save this special population. |
